ADDITIONAL FEES
The only additional fees that we charge relate to any 3rd party fees incurred by Sorted Property Management in the management of your property. Examples are Tenant Deposit Scheme registration fees, and service provider fees such as electricians, plumbers, roofers etc. For any work carried out by our service providers, we do not add any margin to these services, and instead, pass the service provider's invoice direct to you for authorisation and payment. We are happy to work with your existing service providers if you prefer. Our fees are outlined in the ‘Client Fees’ section belo
To include:Rent collection, managing tenant deposits, dealing with tenant queries, inventory management, frequent property inspection, arrange and manage maintenance work, management of all safety certification and renewal of current HMO licences, regular review meetings with you, the landlord .
This service is offered to fully tenanted properties. The fee is collected from the monthly/quarterly rent per property

No. Sorted Property Management specialises in the management of residential rental properties. However, if you also need to let your property, we have very good relations with reputable letting agents, and will be happy to coordinate the letting of your property with the management of it.
No. The only charges we make in addition to the 8.75% Property Management Fee are ones that relate to fees incurred by 3rd party service providers, or those incurred relating to regulatory compliance and certification
Rather than pin you down to a 12 month contract like most management companies, we offer a 3 month rolling contract to our landlords. This is because we are confident we can provide you with a best in class service, and one that will maintain the relationship between our businesses.
We strongly advocate regular account review meetings with you. Typically, these occur every 6 weeks, but can be scheduled to suit your requirements. The purpose of the meetings is to enable two-way feedback, and ensure we are optimising our service to you. In addition, we will keep you updated about any relevant regulatory developments, and suitable responses to them. We will of course offer guidance on any ways to optimise your rent roll and capital value of your property.
Yes. These are supplied either monthly or quarterly depending on your preference.
